About the role

Squadron leaders command a squadron specialising in different operations, such as aircraft squadrons, ground operations squadrons, or armoured fighting vehicles squadrons.

What you will do

• Ensure Compliance With Types Of Weapons.
• Give Battle Commands.
• Lead Military Troops.
• Maintain Operational Communications.
• Manage Troop Deployment.
• Military Combat Techniques.
• Keep accurate records of completed work, issues and follow-up actions.
• Cooperate with colleagues and supervisors to meet quality, safety and delivery standards.

What we are looking for

• At least 1 year(s) of relevant professional experience.
• Practical knowledge of the tools, procedures and standards used in this occupation.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and communicate clearly.
• Reliable attendance, attention to detail and a professional approach.
• Willingness to follow company procedures and complete role-specific training where required.
