Our story

    Agency work across Europe

    Since 2020, we have been placing staff across Europe - across different sectors and with varying requirements for qualifications, certificates, work permits and language levels.

    Most applications are not a fit

    Every vacancy has the same problem: many CVs, but only a small share of candidates genuinely match. Qualifications, certificates, work rights, language level and other requirements have to be checked manually.

    We built pre-screening

    We built CVHOLD to evaluate every candidate before the CV is opened - from an excellent match to a weak match against the vacancy requirements.

    Tested in our own hiring

    We used CVHOLD on real vacancies. The ranked list immediately shows who deserves attention first.

    Now the system is available to employers

    Publish a vacancy on CVHOLD and receive a ranked list of candidates based on how well they match the requirements.

Fast jobseeker selection

Applications can be sorted by how well they match the vacancy requirements. The system helps quickly identify candidates who meet the specified requirements.

Verified candidate information

Mandatory requirements are compared with the information provided in the CV. If a required criterion is missing or not met, this is reflected in the score.

Transparent assessment

Each criterion shows the points awarded and the maximum value. Employers can see how the score is calculated, while jobseekers can see which requirements were considered and why points were awarded.

Structured requirements

Occupation, language, certificates and other requirements are presented in separate fields rather than hidden in the CV text.
