Agency work across Europe
Since 2020, we have been placing staff across Europe - across different sectors and with varying requirements for qualifications, certificates, work permits and language levels.

Most applications are not a fit
Every vacancy has the same problem: many CVs, but only a small share of candidates genuinely match. Qualifications, certificates, work rights, language level and other requirements have to be checked manually.

We built pre-screening
We built CVHOLD to evaluate every candidate before the CV is opened - from an excellent match to a weak match against the vacancy requirements.

Tested in our own hiring
We used CVHOLD on real vacancies. The ranked list immediately shows who deserves attention first.

Now the system is available to employers
Publish a vacancy on CVHOLD and receive a ranked list of candidates based on how well they match the requirements.
