BEYKERMEN is hiring a Colonel for its team in Jelgava, LV. This is a permanent full-time position with a clear scope, measurable expectations and structured onboarding.

About the role

Colonels serve in the staff of a military commander, and function as primary advisers in operational and strategic decision-making to senior officers.

What you will do

• Advise Superiors On Military Operations.
• Defend Human Rights.
• Devise Military Tactics.
• Ensure Compliance With Policies.
• Ensure Information Security.
• Geographic Information Systems.
• Keep accurate records of completed work, issues and follow-up actions.
• Cooperate with colleagues and supervisors to meet quality, safety and delivery standards.

What we are looking for

• At least 1 year(s) of relevant professional experience.
• Practical knowledge of the tools, procedures and standards used in this occupation.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and communicate clearly.
• Reliable attendance, attention to detail and a professional approach.
• Willingness to follow company procedures and complete role-specific training where required.
