Navy Officer

SIA is hiring a Navy Officer for its team in Wrocław, PL. This is a permanent full-time position with a clear scope, measurable expectations and structured onboarding.

About the role

Navy officers command missions during conflict and peace times, and supervise training and development of their teams. They supervise combat operations of their team, as well as aid missions, and patrolling missions to ensure peace-keeping. Often they collaborate on a regular basis with the HR department of the HQCS for the best planning of the future needs.

What you will do

• Apply Navy Operation Procedures.
• Camouflage.
• Coordinate Humanitarian Aid Missions.
• Coordinate Rescue Missions.
• Coordinate The Ship Crew.
• Devise Military Tactics.
• Keep accurate records of completed work, issues and follow-up actions.
• Cooperate with colleagues and supervisors to meet quality, safety and delivery standards.

What we are looking for

• At least 1 year(s) of relevant professional experience.
• Practical knowledge of the tools, procedures and standards used in this occupation.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and communicate clearly.
• Reliable attendance, attention to detail and a professional approach.
• Willingness to follow company procedures and complete role-specific training where required.
