What is MatchScore?

MatchScore shows how closely a jobseeker's profile matches the requirements you set for the job. When creating a job, you specify:

• Required experience
• Important skills
• Language requirements
• Required certificates or licences
• Availability to start

How MatchScore is calculated

CVHOLD compares your requirements with the jobseeker's profile and gives each application a score from 0 to 100. For example, a MatchScore of 84 out of 100 indicates a strong match. You can see both the overall score and every category score.

Compare two jobseekers side by side

Select two jobseekers and CVHOLD will show their information next to each other in a single table. There's no need to switch between CVs or keep every detail in your head. One person may match experience more strongly, while another may better match language or availability requirements.
