MoneyBank is hiring a Army General for its team in Tallinn, EE. This is a permanent full-time position with a clear scope, measurable expectations and structured onboarding.

About the role

Army generals command large divisions of the army. They perform management duties, administrative duties, and planning and strategic duties. They develop policies for the improvement of the military and general defence, and ensure the nation's safety.

What you will do

• Analyse Potential Threats Against National Security.
• Defend Human Rights.
• Develop Defence Policies.
• Ensure Public Safety And Security.
• Maintain Operational Communications.
• Manage Administrative Systems.
• Keep accurate records of completed work, issues and follow-up actions.
• Cooperate with colleagues and supervisors to meet quality, safety and delivery standards.

What we are looking for

• At least 1 year(s) of relevant professional experience.
• Practical knowledge of the tools, procedures and standards used in this occupation.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and communicate clearly.
• Reliable attendance, attention to detail and a professional approach.
• Willingness to follow company procedures and complete role-specific training where required.
