Metrologist

asdasd is hiring a Metrologist for its team in Liepāja, LV. This is a permanent full-time position with a clear scope, measurable expectations and structured onboarding.

About the role

Metrologists study and practice the science of measurement. They develop quantity systems, units of measurement and measuring methods to be used in science. Metrologists establish new methods and tools to quantify and better understand information.

• Assemble Measuring Equipment.
• Calibrate Precision Instrument.
• Communicate With A Non-Scientific Audience.
• Keep accurate records of completed work, issues and follow-up actions.
• Cooperate with colleagues and supervisors to meet quality, safety and delivery standards.

What we are looking for

• At least 3 year(s) of relevant professional experience.
• Practical knowledge of the tools, procedures and standards used in this occupation.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and communicate clearly.
• Reliable attendance, attention to detail and a professional approach.
• Willingness to follow company procedures and complete role-specific training where required.
