Aviation Meteorologist

SIA is hiring a Aviation Meteorologist for its team in Warsaw, PL. This is a permanent full-time position with a clear scope, measurable expectations and structured onboarding.

About the role

Aviation meteorologists forecast weather conditions in airports. They provide day-to-day, hour-to-hour observations, analysis, forecasts, warnings, and advice to pilots, airport operators and airlines in meteorological matters. They report weather conditions expected at airports, current conditions, and en route forecasts.

• Analyse Weather Forecast.
• Carry Out Meteorological Research.
• Coach Employees.
• Collect Weather-Related Data.
• Keep accurate records of completed work, issues and follow-up actions.
• Cooperate with colleagues and supervisors to meet quality, safety and delivery standards.

What we are looking for

• At least 3 year(s) of relevant professional experience.
• Practical knowledge of the tools, procedures and standards used in this occupation.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and communicate clearly.
• Reliable attendance, attention to detail and a professional approach.
• Willingness to follow company procedures and complete role-specific training where required.
