Fleet Commander

IT Storm is hiring a Fleet Commander for its team in Ogre, LV. This is a permanent full-time position with a clear scope, measurable expectations and structured onboarding.

About the role

Fleet commanders ensure that naval vessels are ready for inclusion in operations, and are maintained in compliance with rules and regulations. They also supervise naval personnel and are responsible for the operations of the naval service.

What you will do

• Analyse Ship Operations.
• Apply Navy Operation Procedures.
• Defend Human Rights.
• Devise Military Tactics.
• Ensure Compliance With Policies.
• Ensure Public Safety And Security.
• Keep accurate records of completed work, issues and follow-up actions.
• Cooperate with colleagues and supervisors to meet quality, safety and delivery standards.

What we are looking for

• At least 1 year(s) of relevant professional experience.
• Practical knowledge of the tools, procedures and standards used in this occupation.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and communicate clearly.
• Reliable attendance, attention to detail and a professional approach.
• Willingness to follow company procedures and complete role-specific training where required.
