Central Bank Governor

LIDL is hiring a Central Bank Governor for its team in Rēzekne, LV. This is a permanent full-time position with a clear scope, measurable expectations and structured onboarding.

About the role

Central bank governors set the monetary and regulatory policy, determine interest rates, maintain price stability, control the national money supply and issuance and foreign exchange currency rates and gold reserves. They oversee and control the banking industry.

• Determine Monetary Policy Actions.
• Keep accurate records of completed work, issues and follow-up actions.

What we are looking for

• At least 3 year(s) of relevant professional experience.
• Practical knowledge of the tools, procedures and standards used in this occupation.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and communicate clearly.
• Reliable attendance, attention to detail and a professional approach.
• Willingness to follow company procedures and complete role-specific training where required.
