Chromatographer

LIDL is hiring a Chromatographer for its team in Ogre, LV. This is a permanent full-time position with a clear scope, measurable expectations and structured onboarding.

About the role

Chromatographers apply the corresponding chromatography techniques (such as gas, liquid or ion exchange techniques) to identify and analyse samples' chemical compounds. They calibrate and maintain the chromatography machinery and prepare the equipment and solutions. Chromatographers may also develop and apply new chromatography methods according to samples and chemical compounds that need to be analysed.

• At least 2 year(s) of relevant professional experience.
• Practical knowledge of the tools, procedures and standards used in this occupation.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and communicate clearly.
• Reliable attendance, attention to detail and a professional approach.
• Willingness to follow company procedures and complete role-specific training where required.
