Army Captain

LIDL is hiring a Army Captain for its team in Rēzekne, LV. This is a permanent full-time position with a clear scope, measurable expectations and structured onboarding.

About the role

Army captains aid in the supervision of large units of soldiers, as well as perform planning and strategic duties in tactical operations. They also ensure equipment maintenance and provide support in logistic matters as well as support during operations.

What you will do

• Advise Superiors On Military Operations.
• Analyse Logistic Needs.
• Assist In Military Logistics.
• Defend Human Rights.
• Devise Military Tactics.
• Manage Troop Deployment.
• Keep accurate records of completed work, issues and follow-up actions.
• Cooperate with colleagues and supervisors to meet quality, safety and delivery standards.

What we are looking for

• At least 1 year(s) of relevant professional experience.
• Practical knowledge of the tools, procedures and standards used in this occupation.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and communicate clearly.
• Reliable attendance, attention to detail and a professional approach.
• Willingness to follow company procedures and complete role-specific training where required.
