CVHOLD Terms of Use for Candidates

These Terms govern the relationship between CVHOLD (SIA “iPBank”, reg. No. 42103096573, VAT LV42103096573, Kviešu iela 30B, Liepāja, LV-3405, Latvia) and the Candidate using https://www.cvhold.com and related services. Contact: support@cvhold.com, +371 25253030.

A Candidate is a natural person using the Platform to search for work, view vacancies, create a Profile/CV, save jobs, message employers, apply, or otherwise use candidate features.

Employers publish vacancies; CVHOLD may review and approve vacancy content before publication. Match Score is an informational fit indicator using predefined rules.

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your Account. One person should not create misleading duplicate accounts.

You control Profile and CV content. Applications may be submitted via the Platform. After you apply, the employer processes your data as an independent controller for recruitment.

CVHOLD may remove or restrict content that violates law, these Terms, or platform rules.

You must not abuse the Platform (spam, scraping, malware, harassment, false credentials, circumvention of security). Match Score does not guarantee interviews or hiring.

Platform messaging and notifications support the hiring process; misuse may lead to suspension.

Platform software, branding and materials belong to CVHOLD or licensors. You retain rights in your own CV content and grant CVHOLD a licence needed to operate the service.

Services are provided with reasonable care; liability is limited as allowed by mandatory Latvian/EU consumer and data-protection law. You may delete your Account as described in the Privacy Policy (immediate access block; purge within stated retention windows).

CVHOLD may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated breaches.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are resolved under applicable Latvian procedure, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
