CVHOLD Terms of Use for Employers

These Terms govern use of the CVHOLD Platform by Employers. The provider is SIA “iPBank”, reg. No. 42103096573, VAT LV42103096573, Kviešu iela 30B, Liepāja, LV-3405, Latvia (brand CVHOLD). Contact: support@cvhold.com, +371 25253030.

An Employer uses the Platform to publish vacancies, review applications, message candidates and purchase packages (vacancy slots) as offered.

Employer accounts require accurate company identification (including registration number where collected). Authorised representatives act for the legal entity.

Vacancy content must be truthful, lawful and English-language as required by the product. CVHOLD may moderate, refuse or remove vacancies that violate law or these Terms.

Publishing consumes package entitlements (slots/term) under the purchased plan. Post-expiry behaviour follows the package terms and Privacy Policy.

After a candidate applies, you receive application data for recruitment. You are an independent controller for that processing and must comply with GDPR (including any downloads/exports outside the Platform).

Match Score is informational and does not replace your hiring decision. Do not use the Platform to discriminate unlawfully or to scrape candidate databases beyond permitted features.

Paid packages are one-time entitlements as shown at checkout (not a subscription toggle unless later offered). Invoices and tax follow applicable rules; card data is handled by payment providers.

Liability is limited as allowed by mandatory law. Serious breaches may lead to suspension of the company or account. Account erasure follows the Privacy Policy retention matrix.
